Our Story
There is already a wealth of research and information available about Vitamin D3 and K2 as well as many other vitamins and supplements. At Ametoz, we would like to tell a different kind of story - one based on our own personal experience. It is a journey that inspired us to care more deeply about the health and well-being of our family and community, and now to share that experience with a wider audience.
As we grow older, many people experience body stiffness, reduced mobility, and occasional aches that are often accepted as a natural part of aging. Like many others, some of our elders and family members experienced increasing stiffness and discomfort, making even simple daily activities more challenging. After medical consultations, our physician recommended considering Vitamin D3 as part of nutritional support.
Over time, we observed improvements in comfort and mobility among some family members, which encouraged us to learn more about these nutrients and their role in supporting bone health, immune function, and overall wellness.
We also spoke with family members and friends, particularly among the older generation, who shared similar experiences of stiffness, discomfort, and reduced mobility. Several had simply accepted these changes as an unavoidable part of aging. With guidance from their healthcare providers, some chose to explore Vitamin D supplementation as part of their wellness routine.

Our inspiration did not stop with adults.
